Box Office – located in the foyer – Normally open 10am – 1pm Monday to Saturday. Please note, due to the current social distancing restrictions, our box office is closed.
You can now purchase tickets to events taking place at the Coro in three ways:
In Person – Our Box Office has now been relocated to the newly decorated Foyer. Please call in to see our helpful Box Office Team between 10am to 1pm Monday to Saturday to purchase tickets in person
Telephone – Please call our Box Office team on 01229 587140. Open 10am to 1pm Monday to Saturday
Online – Ticket are always available online 24 Hours a day – 7 Days a week – Go to the ‘What’s On’ page, and book online – you can even have your tickets emailed to you so you can either print at home or show on your smart mobile phone when you attend the event.
Box Office is not open on Bank Holidays unless a ticketed event is taking place that day.
Any reserved tickets will be held for a maximum of four working days,
All tickets paid for in advance should be collected at least 15 minutes before the start of an event
Concessions are available online, however please do contact the box office directly to discuss any access requirements you may have including letting us know if you need to bring someone with you in order to access an event. We will do our best to help you access all our events.
Conditions of Sale – the small print…
Tickets may not be exchanged or money refunded.
Re-sale of tickets on sold out shows are subject to 25% administration fee.
Only drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the building.
Smoking including E cigarettes within the Coro is prohibited.
Mobile phones should be switched off during performances.
The management reserve the right to:
Delay entry of late comers until a suitable break in the performance, perhaps taking alternative seats until the interval.
Refuse admission to ticket holders
Alter or vary the programme, artistes and timings without prior notice or compensation.
Cancel or abandon a performance/event for reasons beyond its control without being liable for compensation whatsoever other than (at the Manager’s discretion) a possible percentage or full refund to the value of the ticket. Any refund requests must be made within 28 days of the performance directly to the Manager.
