Box Office

Telephone 01229 587140. Open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.

Please note that our Box Office is not open on Bank Holidays unless a ticketed event is taking place that day.

Tickets can be purchased in the following ways:

In Person

Call in between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday to purchase tickets in person.

By Telephone

Please Note – reservations will be held for a maximum of four working days, all tickets paid for in advance should be collected at least 15 minutes before curtain up

Online – 24 Hours a day – 7 Days a week

Go to the ‘What’s On’ page, and book online – you can even have your tickets emailed to you so you can either print at home or show on your smart mobile phone when you attend the event.  Concessions are only available through the Box Office.

Only drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the building.

Smoking including E cigarettes in the theatre auditorium is prohibited.

Mobile phones and digital watches should be switched off during performances.

The management reserve the right to:

  • Delay entry of late comers until a suitable break in the performance, perhaps taking alternative seats until the interval.
  • Refuse admission to ticket holders
  • Alter or vary the programme, artistes and timings without prior notice or compensation.
  • Cancel or abandon a performance/event for reasons beyond its control without being liable for compensation whatsoever other than (at the Manager’s discretion) a possible percentage or full refund to the value of the ticket.  Any refund requests must be made within 28 days of the performance directly to the Manager.
