Hiring the Coronation Hall space is easy and accessible. We have three great rooms, the Main Hall, Supper Room and Ante Room.
All spaces are great if you are wishing to book a meeting or conference, have a celebration such as a birthday or wedding, or even host your own music, comedy or theatre event.

Our beautiful Main Hall is the perfect space for any event. There is a fully equipped stage with light, sound, projector and screen, and main space that is versatile to your specific needs – you really can host the event of the year. If required, we have a fully stocked bar and additional seating in the fixed balcony. Our seating is removable, we are able to clear a dance floor, set as cabaret for over 200 people or have seating in place for up to 396, plus 176 in the balcony.
The room is 20.6m in length and 12.4m wide between the traditional pillars. There is an additional 2.2m beyond the pillars generally used as aisle space during an event. The front of the curtained stage is 8.7m wide and the stage is slightly raked.
The Supper Room is a fantastic space for meetings and smaller intimate events. It is linked directly to our kitchen and is accessed by two sets of stairs and a lift. There is a fully functioning bar if needed and the room is equipped with lighting, sound and projector and screen. The seating in this space is movable so it can be clear for a workshop, cabaret for a dining experience (up to 80 people plus 20 in alcoves) or seats in rows facing the required direction for your event (maximum capacity 100).
The room is 18m in length by 5.5m wide. There is additional space in the three alcove areas and the bar is in an extra space at the far end of the room.
The Ante room is the smallest of the available spaces here at the Coronation Hall and is accessed from the main Foyer. It is ideal for smaller meetings, workshops and as additional space if hosting an event in the Main Hall or Supper Room – break out space, cloaks or food preparation.
The room is 6m in length by 5.5m wide and is equipped with a projector and screen and sound system and the room can be set as rows of seats up to 25 and boardroom style up to 16.
